Leto s Monikou is the solo project of Slovak singer-songwriter, producer and film composer Monika Omerzu Midriaková, based in Prague, Czech Republic. With a musical language shaped by her background in film editing at Prague’s prestigious FAMU, she has developed a distinctive approach to songwriting that combines cinematic storytelling, intimate melodies and atmospheric, rhythm-driven arrangements. Weaving together synths, live instrumentation and transformed samples into richly textured soundscapes. At its core are emotionally direct songs that unfold like personal stories, balancing vulnerability with a subtle sense of irony. Alongside her solo career, she maintains an active practice as a film composer, bringing her cinematic perspective across both music and film.
